ACCEPTANCE SPEECH - Oh my God. I have to just take this moment in. I cannot believe this. Look what God can do. If my grandmother ... I didn't think I was going to win but, wow, if my grandmother was here to see me now. She was my biggest inspiration for everything because she was a singer and she had the passion for it but she never had the chance. And that was the thing that pushed me forward to continue. But I'm so grateful to have my mother here celebrating with me. My boyfriend, my sisters and my brothers back home, and then I've got two of them here. Thank you all for being here, and supporting me. I'd also like to thank Bill Condon, our director, who's a genius. Wow. Oh my God. Unbelievable cast. I'd like to thank the Academy. One of the shows starting off the week included The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection. On National Wear Red Day—February 2, 2007—top designers and celebrity women united on one runway to debut Red Dresses created for The Heart Truth. Red Dress Collection 2007 featured "Celebrated Women" of entertainment, sports, business, and media fame.

My #1 obsession: BABY PHAT! The Fall 2007 Baby Phat Fashion Show was definitley more than enough to satisfy my cravings! I just love the fun and sexiness of it all!

The fall 2007 collection presented satin like tops and dresses and fur trimmed boots and accessories. There was also embroidered skin tight jeans, metallic tops as well as outer wear.

The glamed out prints on some blouses and dresses added a nice touch of diva-ness to the latest collection, while rhinestone buckles and Baby Phat logo print mini dresses gave a blast of youth and bold confidence. Just LOVE IT!
